Ellie and Company were very responsive and helpful in every situation. They kept me informed of group activities. All of the neighbors were super kind and friendly. I understand why so many people come back to their place on a regular basis. The pool was so refreshing on days that I needed a break from snorkeling. And the price was way more than fair. I already miss Lavender and Amour, the watchdogs. Beaches, restaurants, and a big supermarket within walking distance. I highly recommend!!

Had such a lovely month-long stay here. Everything was excellent, and came with the BEST surprise- a lively and loving Chihuahua dog- Lavender! Ellie & Janelle are lovely, and extremely welcoming and friendly. I felt incredibly comfortable, safe and welcomed. I would absolutely come back to stay here. I stayed during a stormy week, and so the power would go out maybe once or twice a day. I would take this into consideration if you are planning to work from here, as I had. However, you can walk 10-15 minutes to a coworking space and get day passes if this is a concern! When it wasn't storming, I had 0 issue with wifi. If you like to stay in more residential areas that are more quiet, slow-paced, this is a great spot. You're about a 20 minute walk from Riconada, 15 minute walk from Playa Principal, 8 minute walk into El Centro and a 10 minute taxi to La Punta.

We enjoyed the month we stayed here. We utilized the pool everyday and loved hanging out with the friendly dogs. We had the downstairs unit and it stays very cool even without AC. AC unit works great too! Hosts are friendly and helpful and are very quick to respond.
