The property is 3.2 miles from N. State St. in Ukiah, which is a 6 minute drive. There's also a separate sitting area just below the front of the house with a graveled pathway to relax & enjoy the views that leads to walking trails on the property. The full-size bathroom is within the studio & has a double-wardrobe closet & a large tiled shower, as is the full-size kitchen with granite countertops, a round dining table, and sub-zero refrigerator/freezer. The sleeping area has a queen size bed & nightstands that is adjacent to the bathroom & living area with a wood-burning fireplace/stove insert (fireplace closed approx. May 1st - Nov. 1st due to fire danger season). There is a comfortable reclining love seat with a center console, a work desk with an ethernet cord, Wifi, mousepad & a floor lamp. The house also has a wall-mounted 43” LG smart TV w/ Dish satellite, Wifi, and pull-down window blinds for all lower windows - just not for the upper large cathedral-shaped windows. The Rinnai liquid propane heater will make the house toasty warm in minutes. New quiet Frigidare portable air conditioner unit with thermostat control and sleep setting to keep the house cool during hot weather. The driveway entrance has several reflectors coming up the main driveway, and then there is a lot of outdoor lighting along the driveway to the guest house and in the parking area next to the house; there are also outdoor motion lights on two sides of the house, hanging patio lighting, and a front porch light. * AM/FM radio. * Good cell phone service at the house. * HughesNet internet service provider will launch its new Jupiter satellite and be operating by the end of this summer 2022 and speed will increase to 100 Mbps. - currently 25 Mbps. ** Ethernet cord and mouse pad at dedicated workspace. *HughesNet internet service provider recently adjusted the dish at the house to connect to a different satellite for stronger service, and the monthly Gigabite data plan has been increased.
