Private westside apartment feels like you're in a treehouse with lush views from every room! The space boasts a soothing color palette and comfortable furniture. Enjoy sitting at the bar sipping your favorite beverage, preparing a meal in the roomy light-filled and nicely stocked kitchen, or kicking back in the adjoining tv lounge all while taking in unbeatable views of the Mayacamas mountains and neighboring old growth trees. Fall to sleep in a comfortable king bed and awaken to lovely views! This is the part that really feels like you're amongst the trees - as if you can reach out and touch the big cedar's limbs - mesmerizing and soothing. The bedroom feels tucked-in and enveloping. And, if you have the time to linger, it's a great place for enjoying your morning cup of coffee. The westside is known for being a great place to walk and bike (we have two Townie bikes available to guests). It's friendly and welcoming with a sweet little park right down the street. The much beloved and local Renaissance Market has an eclectic array of groceries, prepared foods, and beverages including a great selection of beer and wine. It really is a cool place to shop! We can't say enough good things about this area - we hope you'll love it, too. The apartment has a private entrance and is above the garage (not used for cars). Its attached to the main house but is separated by a fire door, a hallway with four steps, and a solid core door - a definite division of space. The stairwell is mainly for guests use - you will have it to yourselves. You might hear our ambient noise and vice-versa, we liken it to staying in a hotel - but more comfortable, more to offer, and with great views! The space feels clean, private, and welcoming.
