The property is beautiful on first sight, but the non-functioning air con in both masters as well as the gen intermittently going off was inconvenient and uncomfortably hot. The refrigerator was dirty with a bug in it, as were some sinks. Some toilets had stains as well The response time from the house manager was unprofessionally slow, and we only received communication when the ac repair person could come when we had already stated we would be out. The response was disappointing, to say the least, considering we saw intense preparation for the next guest coming. We checked out at 9 but were being rushed out due to the ac repair person coming. I was disappointed as I highly touted this property to my family and had such a negative experience. The owner apologized for any inconvenience, but it was costly for us in both time and money.

Wow! This accommodation is truly a luxury and premium stay. Stayed here with a group of friends for a wedding. It’s a great house with lots of spots to take nice pictures. The appliances and wifi all worked great. Mr Nicholas, the house manager was really helpful, patient and ready to answer questions or respond to any requests. It was such a lovely stay here. Very much worth the costs and no regrets at all.
