Valeriya's communications were first class. Location is only a 5 minute walk from the Beach. Parking is off road which is always good. The room that we stayed in was large and nicely furnished. It was a bonus having a Kitchen available to prepare food and a small dining table meaning that we didn't have to consume food in our room. The bathroom shower was warm and powerful as opposed to some which are more like a trickle. We were fortunate that we were the only guests staying in the flat and with it being only ourselves it felt like being at home, which was very nice. The only very slight disappointment was that the television only possessed channels such as Netflix etc and not terrestrial ones. In summing up we would stop with Valeriya again and can fully understand why her ratings are so positive.

Valeriya is a friendly and welcoming host. She made me feel very welcome. The room is a little chilly if the central heating is not on (it was shot off during the night). There’s a little extra electrical heater that you can turn on however it does make quite a noise so not ideal to use at night. During warmer months it’s probably no issue. The blinds need to be closed when you are in, as the room faces the carpark and street, which makes it feel a bit like a “darkish” basement. But the lighting makes up for that. There’s another rental room next to it, and you will hear if people are talking in there. Just a hint, if you are sound sensitive. Otherwise it’s a very silent place. Well equipped kitchen and cozy bathroom. I never figured out how to make the TV work. I could have asked for assistance, but didn’t as it was a minor thing to me. I am sure instructions would have been given, in case I had requested this. I was lucky to find free parking in the street, but don’t count on it.

Valeriya always replied to email questions, and was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was exactly as expected and very clean. Only one minor short term point, directions state opposite the Mansfield hotel, which the accommodation is; however that hotel currently has scaffolding outside, so it is not that distinguishable.
