Fairly central Bournemouth location - you can be at the beach within 10-15 minutes walk. Good bathroom facilities (two) and well equipped kitchen.

The place is Exactly as Advertised. The Host Chris is Very Helpful and always available on a call. One of the best places to live in Airbnb in Bournemouth. They keep everything you need including soaps washing detergent and dish washer tabs and additional blankets. A HUGE THANKS. Here are a few suggestions: 1) Please make a Small note of all instructions and send it a night before the guest arrives including the Lock. 2) WIFI instructions should always be sent or given Clearly in a message - Please don't ask the guest to copy it from behind the modem. 3) I would suggest a few small utensils for tea as they have only 2-3 for cooking. 4) Suggestion on Heating : It was Raining and we were Freezing with the Radiator set on medium. we had to wait in a freezing room to wait for Chris's instructions how to increase the heat A Rememberable stay, A Great Host. Clean generally well-appointed flat. In good location, could walk through city parks to centre and the beach. Car parking in basement wasn’t easy. Tight space, and lift very temperamental.
