This house is exactly as advertised and more. C&K have excellent communication, and have thought of the details when setting up the house. All the rooms are clean and spacious, the bedrooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need including dishwasher tablets and cute little jars of tea, coffee and sugar. Situated about 15m walk away from the town/front where you can walk through the beautiful gardens (recommend to have a stop in the Urban Garden). The property has a lovely garden with a brick BBQ table, perfect for relaxing in and having a tea in the morning sun. There is also convenient multiple parking spaces adjacent to the house if there are several cars traveling. This house was perfect for our needs and we would stay again.

Was very happy with the stay, the location which is walking distance to a very sandy beach and with the local amenities which helpfully included a nearby co op. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice time by the beach.

Caroline and Kevin's property is in fantastic condition, really clean and in a great location, with really easy access to Poole, Sandbanks and Swanage. There is a big supermarket nearby, which is helpful. It's a very quiet neighbourhood, and we had a really enjoyable stay. Despite being in a relatively central urban area it's a very private space, which is a plus. And for our (one) car, the parking space was nice and big.

Great house in an excellent location. easy to walk into the town centre and beach through the parks. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed including parking. we would love to return again in the future.
