Greg’s place was fabulous! An easy walk to cannon beach and haystack! Perfectly situated on a quiet street just one block from the restaurants and shops. The house was clean, comfortable, and lovely. We had a wonderful trip thanks to this great place to stay!

This was a very convenient, clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. Seems newly remodeled which was nice. Easy to walk to the beach and the shops in town. The unit was like a small stand alone residence even though it is run by the Waves Hotel which apparently has several kinds of properties. We wanted something with a small kitchen and separate bedroom with a king bed, which this unit has. There is no ocean view but the beach is very close. There is a great place to watch the sunset a few blocks away. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

I stayed with my three almost grown kids over spring break. We loved the location. Our favorite breakfast spot is right across the street. We loved getting out for walks. We drove a little under a mile to Haystack rock for low tide. One of my jobs is to clean airbnb rentals and this place was up to my standard! We loved our stay. Id change a few things… better quality paper towels and toilet paper. The product was literally paper lol. Also, up the heat for showers. It was a good temp but not hot enough. Also, some drinking glasses please. And a bonus would be foil or plastic wrap available. One more thing, during our stay all of cannon beach had a black out, a lantern or flash lights on hand would of been nice. We got a call informing us of the upcoming black out and was told the electric fie place would still function and that there was a lantern- neither was true. I could of called to request these things, I didn’t though. However, the black out was super fun for my kids and I.

My fiancé and I very much love Canon beach and staying at Greg’s place was the cherry on top of a great weekend. Highly recommend his place for future stays!
