Great, quiet house for a weekend getaway for WVU graduation. House was only 25 minutes from WVU and was a perfect place for fitting our family. Deer and rabbits in the evening and morning when you wake up! Joe and Pat were great hosts!!!

Great location for Waynesburg University or WVU families. Kitchen and upstairs living room are beautifully redone, rest of house is dated but clean. Host is wonderful and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!🙂

Patricia is very helpful and communicative during the whole stay. We loved how secluded and quiet the area was and the cooking utensils available in the kitchen. She even shoveled the walkway and driveway of snow in the morning.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Nice getaway from the city. The downstairs room with the fireplace was definitely our favorite place to hang and play games while keeping warm from the fire. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of property to explore. Nice wooded land with plenty of open fields for our kids to run through. Peaceful and just what we wanted. Will definitely be back. Thank you Pat and Joe!
