At 3 minutes walk to the beach, this Bayfront condo perched on a bluff in beautiful Betterton is a gem the whole year through. Two level loft condo with three bedrooms (2 BR downstairs, 1 BR upstairs) as well as an ADDITIONAL sleeping loft with two single beds. Two big decks supply scenery for outdoor meals and gatherings. Come for a stay, your cares melt away. The word “peaceful” does not quite do it justice. See for yourself how calm and relaxing life can be.

Adam is a fantastic host! His place is well equipped and very close to the beach. My family and I had a wonderful stay and we so appreciate Adam's hospitality!
This home is a wonderful retreat if you are looking for peace and relaxation. A very quiet community and a well stocked home. A lovely pool and beach. Just be aware there is one pizzeria in Betterton and no grocery store, which is a slight drawback.
Perfect location! Close proximity to the the beach. Easy check-in. Adam made sure we got in okay and provided a list of local recommendations for us. The pool was wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful and QUIET condo community. Many of the inhabitants are older adults. We all love to enjoy the peace of the place. This is definitely not a place for parties except during the day by the beach 🏖️
