JR and his co-host Stephanie were in contact to make sure we could get into the property and had no problems during our stay. This is a lovely home in the South Main Arts District with lots to see and pleasant to walk around. It is located about a 10 minute walk to Beale Street and the Main Street Trolley run just around the corner. The apartment was well appointed and maintained. We would happily stay there again.

Stay here! J.R. and Stephanie were responsive hosts with detailed information to make our stay easy and at home. Extra touches of bottled water, snacks and kitchen with everything made the stay a notch up from other places. Comfortable to relax in and easy to get in and out when using a car and not. Thanks for the welcome basket for the popcorn was appreciated on the car ride to Nashville. I will definitely be recommending your place to others who go to Memphis.

It is in a great location. It's in walking distance of all the main attractions in the area. It was very clean. I liked the gated,designated parking space.
