Immaculate and well equipped apartment. Close to amenities and secure with added bonus of off street parking. Wonderful harbour and city views, especially at night.

A secure building, but lack of TLC. Doesn’t seem owner-operated. Lack of amenities, no instructions to use equipment, no paper towels or extra t-towels, burnt out bulbs, only 1 bath towel per person, 3 coffee pods for 4 people, no pool towels. Cockroaches come out when lights go out. Close to the V& A as the crow flys, but no direct pedestrian route at all (you will be acosted by homeless insisting they help you walk across the intersection (yelled profanity at us when we politely declined their help)

Lovely space for a weekend away in Cape Town. The most comfortable beds and very central to get around. My only concern is the cleanliness of the place, the kitchen was cleaned surface level, there was cockroaches in the kitchen as well. Need to relook cleaning company!

the start was not good as the key was not there and we had to take a cab to another place to collect it. The place itself is great, close to the Waterfront and the CBD. The place itself has everything, beds are great, kitchen well-equipped (although the stove seems to have only the maximum as temperature). we killed the last 5 coakroaches... which was a minor problem but a bit annoying. otherwise great experience. scotty reacted fast. note that there is a road with lots of traffic so it can be noisy sometimes.
