Perfect place to stay for a weekend trip to Notre Dame. Easy ride to the university. Minimal traffic. Great private home that is spacious and comfortable. Easy access to any stores and food locally. Would definitely stay again!

I gave this 4 stars but it was 4.5/5. Crystal was great to communicate with, everything was very easy, place was clean and we had no issues with any logistics. For me (as a tall guy) the house itself had some challenges that I thought were important to let others know. Many of the doorways are very low (like 6'3ish) and when you don't expect it, the head feels it a bit. The other challenge was the stairs leading to the bedrooms are very steep... It was a bit of a struggle for my 70+ father. Finally the shower was pretty tiny for a big guy like me. Beds were really comfortable, couches were great while watching TV and everything else was really easy and comfortable. I would recommend staying here but there were some challenges for taller individuals.

We stayed at Crystal's place after attending a home Notre Dame game. Prices can be crazy expensive in South Bend, but Crystal kept the stay affordable! Even though it was a small trip, it was a great place to stay after a home game. Elkhart has some cute restaurants to enjoy while staying!
