We are already looking at dates to book for next year! The accomodations were perfect (4 large bedrooms/7 beds/4.5 baths/loft/huge dining room table/living room/basement space). Having a bathroom for every bedroom was awesome for our group! Hosts were very responsive and willing to accommodate requests. Plenty of space for playing games, dining and lounging. Comfy beds and pillows, clean and stocked with basic needs. Parking was great for our 2 trucks/2 trailers. Onsite manager was friendly, but rarely present. Recommendations: Better WIFI, had to work off hotspot alot and TV for each bedroom (first world problems). Will 100% book again!!

Absolutely loved our stay here. 10/10 recommend. Check in and checkout were super easy, host was responsive if we needed everything. This house had everything we could need and the location can’t be beat. Incredible 360° views. Would definitely stay here again

My group and I had a wonderful stay! Our bike trip in Moab was cancelled due to rain and snow so we booked Miranda’s place last minute. It did not disappoint. It was a beautiful house and location. The house was clean and we especially appreciated the spacious bedrooms, bathrooms attached to all bedrooms, and the spacious common areas. Check-in and check-out was clearly communicated in advance and was easy. Miranda checked in on us halfway through our stay to see how we were and if we needed anything. We are bookmarking, starring, saving this house for future use! One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in.

The space was plentiful and perfect for kicking back. Every bedroom having a bathroom was great. It's a very quiet and peaceful setting with beautiful views from the front porch during the day and plenty of stars at night. Moab is just 10 minutes away with great shops, restaurants, and tour companies.
