The place is not what I expected compared to what is been listed. Here are problem with Lin's: 1. The staffs are rude and lack communication skills. 2. I have to tell them to come and clean the place and they only cleaned once for entire 2 weeks of staying there. 3. We have share things with other residents in the building , I am talking the sharing of mob, iron and even the ironing board is so disgusting. 4. They won't turn on the generator whenever there's no light, I have to fight on several occasions for them put it on despite they been instructed to put it on for us whenever there's no light. They do have inverter that barely carry any appliances inside the house. They provided us smallest fan ever that can't barely fan anything. 5. Please the water is not been treated, so I suggested that if you there to buy Dettol . 6 security is nothing to write about at all. In conclusion, if you are someone who doesn't care about your his/ her environment maybe the place will be fine.

Great location BUT not the best experience internally in the apartment

Lin’s place was overall decent. My colleague and I had a decent time there but it’s not conducive for a work + live type arrangement. The living area is very close to dining which is very close to the exit door and the kitchen. The kitchen is also quite small but can be managed if you are making quick meals. Overall, recommend it but it’s very minimal and quaint.

Lins place was a great space. very well organised and tastefully furnished. was just as advertised. was indeed a home away from home. I and my family thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day stay there. Hope to call again
