Really great spacious place to stay. Word to the wise, ladies, it is steep to get to the door so wear your tennis shoes. It’s also steep going down to the dock, so wear good flip flops. It’s the nature of the area. Otherwise, this place was very clean, the owner was extremely responsive. It was easy to get in. I’m pretty picky post 2020 and I’d stay here again.

Bensons place was great for me and my husband to spend a few nights while in the Kingsport area. Benson was easy to communicate with, the space was comfortable and the views amazing. The mattress and bedding were excellent, both my husband and I slept well during our stay. Benson is a great host, I recommend staying with him if you’re in the area.

Super clean, as advertised. The walkway to the guest entrance is steep, as mentioned in the listing... Not a complaint, but it could be difficult for someone with limited mobility. It's a great place to stay though if that's not an issue

Very nice place! I is in the basement of a house with its own entry way on the side down a walk way. Beware the walk way is steep! I struggled with it because I have a bad knee and him. My husband did ok but also commented how steep it is. This place is set up simulate to a hotel it has microwave and mini fridge coffee pot, but without the breakfast. Coffee pot was not use friendly we struggled with it at first but figured it out. Was still hard to use. Very spacious rooms!! There is a nice TV and a reading area separate that has a desk. Bed was comfortable for me but I like firm beds with memory foam. Wish I had more time to spend here to got down to the dock but the time I did spend it was beautiful view! Super responsive and kind hosts!! If it wasn’t for the steep walk way and my bad hip and knee I would definitely stay there again!!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The place was private, quiet & clean. We enjoyed our stay here, & would stay here again. Benson was a welcoming host and communicated quickly. The views of the lake were beautiful!
