First time visiting Arizona and this was such a great stay! Jarvis was super friendly and responsive, the house was clean and felt right at home. Definitely recommend the stay here!

Amazing place!! Jarvis was a wonderful host, always so quick to respond. The house was impeccable and super clean. Everything was so professionally done and well thought out. We felt so comfortable. We will 100% come back again! The house was amazing and so clean. Thank you Jarvis!

This was our 7th year reserving a vacation rental. This rental was for 3 months. We were very pleased with this property. I think it was the best we have ever rented. Jarvis had covered every detail to furnish and accessorize this home. From a case of water in the pantry to a basket of snacks, our host thought of everything. A refrigerator repair was made while we were there. Service people were professional and courteous and left everything neat and tidy. I would most definitely stay here again if we decide to travel back to Maricopa, AZ.

Very nice house, good location, very clean inside. Kitchen is not adequately supplied with proper cooking utensils- 1 dish towel, no hot pads for hot plates, no spatula for eggs. If you only mostly eat out it’s ok. The kuerig is awful- probably the cheapest available !! Would have brought our own coffee maker if we had known cuz we prefer brewed coffee. Patio furniture is not great for older people- plastic Adirondack chairs. Someone left the side yard hose running which we did not discover till morning next day and we were wondering where dogs were getting into mud. Previous renters did not pickup dog poop. The 12 button on the front door entry pad isn’t working properly which makes it hard to enter the code to get in the house - it sticks so you have to pick at it to get it loose to continue entering the code. The whistling cameras/ motion detectors are annoying!!!!! We would stay there again but come better prepared and without our dogs
