Fully furnished and new kitchen, spacious living area, sitting room and front and back porches, 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms with nearly all new bedding, sleeping up to eleven. Spacious and open Great Room with two separate sitting/entertainment areas, each with a 65" Roku TV, one with game console. Fish, cook out, flop, stroll, play, etc One level home on 40 acres (however, rental only encompasses 1 acre of what is the yard around the house) of property with scenic pond next to the cottage/house. Wii game system, ping pong and foosball tables. Sleeps up to eleven in beds but will allow up to 18 with additional floor/flop (air mattress or otherwise (with prior approval)) bedding.
