We really enjoyed our night at the Swan Lake Resort! We needed a last minute change to another location and the host was super quick in accommodating us. We loved taking a walk to the lake and enjoying time outside.

We loved our stay in the Shire House. The only inconvenience was getting Uber/Lyft pick ups. The app wouldn't recognize our site location and giving verbal directions was hit or miss. It's workable though if you don't mind walking to meet your ride a little.

The place was tiny (which we wanted) but comfortable. We felt right at home from the second we walked in the door. Even with a major roadway not far, the night sounds drowned everything out. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I will DEFINITELY be going back.

Nice quiet getaway from the urban sights and sound. Close to the shore and good restaurants. recommend for anyone looking for a retreat. Beautiful patio in the backyard.
