We had a wonderful weekend stay at Kaity’s house. It was perfectly located for our family event in town and all of the shopping and outdoor activities in the area. The house was spacious and tastefully renovated and furnished. Kaity was thoughtful and proactive in preparing for our arrival. We highly recommend this place for any families or couples planning to be in the vicinity. The stair case is a bit steep for older folks but fun for kids. The master bedroom being on the ground floor solves that problem.

Kaity was a wonderful host - responsive to everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!! Beautiful home, very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated , lovely location. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Fresh eggs and blueberries made it feel like home. The deck and yard are lovely also, surrounded by trees. Would definitely stay here again.

This air bnb was overall beautiful. We loved the welcome snacks on the counter and the space was very clean. We slept in the ground floor master and the bed was cozy.

We were so impressed with this lovely house and the care Kaity puts into welcoming you with special touches. From the basket filled with an assortment of snacks, and the wonderful variety of K-cups for the Keurig, to covering the necessities like soaps, shampoos, etc…. Every room is decorated with a clean and fresh look, and the house was super clean. The location was perfect for us, just minutes from the LPGA event that brought us into town, just down the road from the beautiful wildlife refuge where we hiked and did an 8 mile driving loop, and right around the corner from restaurants and shops at Historic Smithville. We definitely hope to come back and stay again!
