We visited family in Banchory in April, and found Sarah and Simon's place the perfect location for our stay. Check in was easy. Sarah greeted us and gave us a walk through and was very friendly. She was available to answer any questions and we loved the fact that they were just next door if any problems came up! We loved the heated floors! The apartment was comfortable and immaculately clean. The location was very peaceful and quiet and had the weather not been so rainy it would have been perfect for long walks along the nearby trails. The Falls of Feugh were just down the road and were spectacular!! Really something to see! We enjoyed a nice family dinner with the grand kids at the Italian restaurant Borsalino down the road in Pererculter and a wonderful birthday dinner in Banchory at the Tor na Coille with the adults, both of which I would highly recommend. Crathes castle and lots of cafes an are also very close by. Overall we had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return!

H Had a great stay , was very rural and peaceful, with off road parking . plenty amenities within the apartment but space within the kitchen/ lounge area was more snug than had perceived. All in all had a lovely stay and would return. thanks so much.

Great little place. Spotless. Stunning location. Loved the fully enclosed garden for our dog to let off some energy. Friendly hosts. Would recommend

Sandy's was a perfect home base for us - private, beautiful location, comfortable and cozy. Check-in and check-out were easy and communication with Sarah was excellent. Thank you Sarah!
