This property was among one of my favorite stays in Dayton, and I come to the city yearly for an annual event. The check in was a breeze, the condo was spotless and the interior was calming. Eric was extremely responsive during my stay and I would absolutely stay again. The 12:00pm checkout was extremely helpful, as Saturday is always a super late night, and the simple checkout instructions made my Sunday an absolute blessing. I highly recommend this property.

I was in town for work and was able to get in a early check in which made it nice. Apt. Has been nicely renovated. I really enjoy cooking and some of the kitchen cookware was difficult to use.

Eric's place is extremely clean, bed is so comfortable and he is a great host. I had to extend my trip twice and he immediately responded and accommodated. very comfortable stay, with lots of extra linens, towels and tp.
