Kick back, relax, and feel right at home in this recently renovated duplex. Located in an adorable and quiet neighborhood, this unique space is comfortable, clean, artfully decorated, and has a calm and soothing atmosphere. Includes updated appliances, a laundry room, a toilet bidet, a workspace, and smart TVs. Just 6 miles from Dayton Airport and an easy drive to downtown, restaurants, eateries, and shopping malls. I also have a Jeep Wrangler available for rental if transportation is needed.

Everything was perfect!!!
The place was so clean, the cleanest air bnb I have ever stayed at. The beds were more comfortable than hotel beds! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and it was easily accessible. When my coworker and I found this place the location on air bnb stated it was walking distance to downtown but it’s about 15-20 minutes away. Other than that Akanke was very respectful and responded fast. I would definitely recommend her listing. It was very nice. Thank you!
It was clean, had everything we needed, and was nicely decorated. The host was very nice and we could message if we needed anything. Very nice place!

Two Krogers, a Walmart, Big Lots, small shopping centers, and local restaurants within 2 to 5 miles. Other big shopping centers within 12 miles. Private garage and driveway available. Bus stop within walking distance to the main road.
