Comfortable living room furniture, a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is very small but I appreciated the walk in shower compared to having a tub. The porch is great if you can tolerate the traffic noise. The bedrooms are comfortable and I had plenty of room to unpack.

Maria was super responsive and friendly. Very, very generous host. The house was exactly what we needed, close to cycling and walking paths, and a beautiful park. Easy to get in and out. Maria also offered tons of great suggestions.

I stayed here for 8 months while my house was being renovated after a fire. The house is perfectly located close to the highway, grocery stores and restaurants. While the house faces a busy road, access to the house is off a quiet side street. One of the best parts is the house is located a block away from an awesome walking path through a metro park. I work from home, so the desk provided was perfect for my needs. Maria was a great host and always responded to my questions in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Maria as a host and this house to anyone needing a convenient place to stay.
