This charming and cozy cabin has everything you need to be comfortable while enjoying the outdoors including: 1 king bed, 1 pull out couch, fully stocked kitchen as well as a large screened in back porch. This cabin is a part of Son's River Camp, a fun, relaxing property located on the gorgeous San Marcos River. Guests from all over the state come to enjoy the spring-fed, blue water of the San Marcos River which has a consistent good water flow, great fishing & is perfect for tubing & kayaking! The Cabin is very nice and comfortable, the wood walls and peeled log beams lend to a modern rustic charm. There is a large screened-in back porch with a view of the park and River that is perfect for hanging out and relaxing. On this porch you will find comfortable outdoor seating and an electric bbq pit for conveience (in the front yard is a charcoal BBQ pit). We are surrounded by large farms and ranches so the views are very nice, and the feel is peaceful and relaxing! In the front yard you will find a fire-pit and picnic table for roasting marshmallows and a hammock to relax in and star gaze at night! Cabin features include: central air-conditioning/heating, full bathroom with hot water shower, full kitchen with range, microwave, oven, cooktop, coffee maker, full sized fridge, pots pans, dishes and silverware, full bathroom with hot water shower, 1 comfortable king sized bed with linens, pillows and blankets, a pull out couch, WiFi & Smart TV. The Cabin sits up the hill from Son’s Blue River Camp providing guests their own space yet, it's an easy walk down to the river and to all the amenities of Son’s Blue River Camp.
