Had a 2-day wedding event to go to and Evan’s place ended up being the perfect spot to stay. The best part besides the space being everything we needed was the location and free parking. It was a very busy weekend with beautiful weather and we didn’t have to worry about driving anywhere since everywhere we needed to go was within walking distance. The electric bikes were a plus and wished we had a longer stay so we could’ve used them more. Overall, a great spot to stay!!

The place was very comfortable and charming! I loved that I could hear the waves from the building. Very relaxing spot if you’re looking to tune out for a while. Plenty of walkable restaurants, cafés, and shops. Very lovely and was exactly what I was looking for, for the weekend.

Beautiful place right across from the beach. So close to shops and restaurants - you never have to leave the village. . Looking forward to staying here again! Thank you so much!

Very close to the shore and walkable to all the sights in Capitola. Parking can be full since it is first come first serve to the reserved parking the complex has. We enjoyed zooming around on the e-bikes. It can be a bit noisy with the vehicles going by so I would keep that in mind. You can hear the waves crashing at night which I found relaxing. I would have loved black out curtains since the street lights do come through. This very tiny unit was all we needed for our stay. A truly no frills place. My daughter and I stayed here alone and we felt safe. Thank you for the shampoo and body wash along with the Turkish towels. I would have loved a box of Kleenex and paper towels. They did have a few kitchen towels on the counter and a Brita pitcher in the fridge. Overall it was all we needed for our stay.
