We truly loved staying at Claire’s place. The location is perfect. Very convenient to all of the Village and the beach. The amenities that Claire provided were amazing. When we arrived we were immediately impressed with the thoughtful and personal touches. She wrote us a note and left a bottle of wine for us. There was even a basket of snacks. The kitchen was well appointed and not packed with a bunch of cast offs. The bedroom had a white noise machine and even ear plugs. The Bathroom had Qtips and make up wipes. Claire has thought of everything. Everything was very clean - all White sheets and white towels. Beds were very comfortable and not squeaky! She even has a wagon packed and ready for the beach with toys, shovels, chairs, an umbrella and even boogie boards!! This was honestly one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed at. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at this AirBnB. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a delightful weekend in Capitola and Santa Cruz. The location was perfect! We were close to everything. Also, Claire was a very nice host. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Our family of 4 loved staying at Claire’s place. The cottage was comfortable and clean, and very welcoming. The location was perfect for walking into Capitola and for easily getting in the car and heading out and about in the surrounding areas. Every touch was well thought out including a wagon in the garage with beach chairs and sand toys. Claire provided great restaurant recommendations too. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Claire was kind and very helpful! I loved the soft piano and well lit house upon my arrival! It was peaceful, beautiful, and clean :)
