This is a very special little place. Seeing right out to the ocean at the end of the block, you can people-watch & count the pelicans flying past from the comfort of the living room. In the morning I walked a cup of coffee down to the cliff and watched dogs playing on the beach, it was so peaceful and the air is lovely. We only stayed one night and were sad to leave-- my aunt wants very much to make this an annual tradition, and to stay longer next time! It's like coming to a friend's house-- you have everything you need, plus a little extra. We are Bay Area natives and know how rare this little treasure is. Enjoyed it immensely. Thank you so much!

This home was the perfect location, clean, bright, and comfortable for our family of 5. It was such a treat to walk to the beach, run on the cliffs, cruise on the beach cruisers. We enjoyed the hot tub and the hammock. A true beach getaway!

beautifully decorated with a minimalist beach vibe. location and the view are well worth the price. full ocean view through the two sliding glass doors in the living room, off the front porch and hot tub. A few things made our stay a little less than ideal: - main bdrm, has some foam top on the mattress. It makes the bed immoderately soft. What was most uncomfortable is the fitted sheet is not the right sheet for a mattress. The fitted sheet would snap off the corners the minute you sat in the bed. We looked under the foam top to see how easy it would be to remove but the mattress under the foam top looked worse. - ants in the kitchen - hot tub cover ripped almost in half making it very difficult to put on/off - screen door was completely off the track -sink in bthrm fills up/doesn’t drain -lava lamp doesn’t work -batteries out in tv remote - the toilet paper was 1 ply cardboard (for as much as we are paying to stay here, it wouldn’t hurt to splurge a little on the basic amenities)
