A beautiful place. Steps from the Natural Bridges and a lovely ocean walk. Big central room with a fireplace and well-appointed everything so a group can eat, talk, play cards, step out and stare at the waves from the balconies . Loads of outlets, nice lighting, excellent counter top, pretty wood floors. Kim and Marcelo are terrific. We love staying here!

Kim's place was perfect for our family of 6. Everyone from our 11 yr old to our 96yr old Grandma enjoyed the home and surrounding area. Kim's place had everything needed for a great time at the beach, including a wagon to haul it in. It's a very short 5 minute walk or less to the beach. We rented a beach wheel chair for my Grandma and it was just a 10-15 min walk to Natural Bridges visitor center from Kim's place. Our son really enjoyed the trampoline. We all wanted to stay more than just a weekend because there was so much to do and see! We highly recommend Kim's place!

Kim was an amazing host, quite communicative, very kind, helpful, and reasonable. We felt right at home in her wonderful house. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We had two families and small children with us and every single person in our group had a great time. We all noticed the great effort that Kim has put into this home and we are grateful to have found it. We would love to stay here again for a special occasion.

Kim has a beyond beautiful home steps away from Natural Bridges State Beach. The views from the house of the ocean are amazing and peaceful and the little light pollution allows anyone to see the stars above at night. Kim’s house was the best location for my friends and family to host my 50th bday over the wknd. The house is beautifully designed, lots of open air spaces for guests to do their own thing or congregate together in the living room/kitchen/dining area. I love being on the west side of Santa Cruz, it is peaceful and living in Kim’s home for the last few days was nothing short of perfect. Kim was attentive to questions I had during my way and her instructions for both checking in and checking out were clear. Thank you for the gift basket upon arrival, those personal touches make all the difference to have a home away from home experience. Thank you!

This was a perfect place for our family with young kids. The house is clean and nice and in a great location. Nice views and short walk to a family friendly beach. We would definitely stay there again.
