The home was beautiful, kid friendly, and had almost everything that you could need in a kitchen, which was great for our group with little kids who preferred to have basic meals at home. They even had child proof plates, bowls, and utensils AND books and toys! Spacious, sunny, and clean with very clear instructions. Clean showers with soap, shampoo, and conditioner made it easy to not worry about the small things to pack. It is farther away from the Santa Cruz main areas than I had hoped. The owners clearly take care of their home very well, but I would caution people against using the hot tub too much. We used it for no more than 2 hours over the course of our 3 day-2 night stay, making sure to shower beforehand, but it was cause for potential concern of overuse. This is not a place for you if you have trouble reading a couple pages of rules and following them. The host was great about allowing us to have a late checkout with our kids, but make sure to let them know if they’re <2!

we loved this place--perfect location, close to the beach and downtown, and the place is clean and beautiful. we spent a lot of time in the backyard just enjoying the weather. We will plan stay again.

This home is even more beautiful than the pictures. Great location. So walkable to Capitola Village, beaches and all the shops & restaurants on 41st. Everything you need is here. Very nicely appointed kitchen.

The house was beautiful! It was in an amazing location. We were able to walk to the beach each day and to a cute little area with shops and such. The hot tub and fire pit were an awesome piece to this house. Overall, a great experience! We would definitely stay here again!
