Live the ultimate Santa Cruz beach life. This expansive corner home is tucked just one block off of West Cliff Dr, and directly across the street from Lighthouse Field State Park. The entire house faces the park and the ocean, bringing abundant nature and sparkling views of Monterey Bay into every room. Your neighbors here are the seals, otters, sea lions, dolphins, whales, seabirds and Monarch butterflies that live in the butterfly sanctuary across the street! - Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests - 3 bedrooms - king bed & 2 queen beds - 2 bathrooms - 1 reserved parking space in the garage. Free parking is available on the street, however a spot can be hard to come by during the busy months. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Upstairs patio & spacious backyard with outdoor seating, hot tub, and BBQ - For safety, the fireplace is not operable. Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS - Down alternative pillows and comforters

Beautiful house and location!
As advertised. Outdoor lighting needs some attention. Easy to air out the interior which is needed.
This is an amazing spot to spend some time if you're looking to stay in Santa Cruz. It's just a block off the city's most scenic walk, West Cliff Drive, and is within walking distance of everything the west side of Santa Cruz has to offer. The bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed, the kitchen provided all the tools you'd need with views of the ocean to boot, the outdoor areas are lovely places to enjoy meal or morning coffee, and the dining table was big enough for family board games. Oh, and of course, the hot tub was just want we all needed after walking all over Santa Cruz. Highly recommended!
Beautiful area. Quiet and the best nature walks. Loved watching every sunrise and the butterflies were out flying around the house the whole time !
This house is quirky and fun. It is in the perfect location just a block off of the ocean and the view of the sunrise spectacular. We had one electrical issue that never got sorted out, but not for a lack of trying by OVR. Even the electrician was stumped. I would go back just to see that view, and the morning sun.
