The Sea Otter Cottage met all of our needs. Shari is an excellent host!! She was even able to let us in a bit early and had homemade cookies waiting for us. The bed was comfy and kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING!! The outside backyard was quaint and we were able to sit and enjoy. The beach was a short walk away. Many places to walk and eat and even found a local brewery. Only there two nights which wasn’t enough. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to CA….

We did not want to leave. The house was extremely welcoming and comfortable. Beds were like marshmallows that you sank into. Fully equipped kitchen with any tools you need. Lots of beach chairs, towels, toys, a wagon for hauling down to the beach. We had a fantastic time with our toddler who used the high chair and pack and play that were provided, which was so nice to have. We walked up to the Windmill Cafe in the mornings for coffee and breakfast, which was open early (a godsend when you have small kids!). Spent lots of time down by the water. We'll stay longer next time!

We loved our stay! Perfect location and space for our little family to enjoy Santa Cruz. Well stocked kitchen and the comfiest bed!! Absolutely adorable home.

Always an incredible trip filled with precious family memories at the beach house. Shari is a very gracious host, and always goes above and beyond for her guests. We can’t wait to stay again!
