David was super friendly and his instructions were super clear. There were so many activities to do at the home and it was walkable distance to the boardwalk and the beach.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at David's place in Santa Cruz for a quick weekend trip! The house was clean and spacious, but the highlights were definitely the location and hot tub. It was a short walk to the boardwalk/beach and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of hiking near Carmel-by-the-sea. The hosts were quick to respond in the morning when I had a question about the check-out instructions. The only minor complaint was that we didn't have enough towels! Unfortunately, only four bath towels were provided although we had six guests total. Luckily, we brought an extra towel. I would definitely recommend David's place to small groups or families looking for a fun and convenient place to stay in Santa Cruz!

FAMILIES - PLEASE STAY HERE!! Its perfect. We stayed here with our 7 month old, 4 and 5 year old. It’s a 3 minute walk to the boardwalk, the house has a fenced in back yard with activities that will last you and your kids days. Please try to fit in the electric bikes, riding along the coast was unforgettable. There is even an extra large closet that can fit the pack and play with lots of room so you have a bonus room for your little. would 10x recommend staying here instead of a hotel. Enjoy!!

Amazing location and cute space! 5 mins from boardwalk and 10 mins from downtown. The place was perfect and David really put personal touches on the backyard, complete with pool house, hot tub and fun games!! Thank you!

We had a great time here with our family. Lots of things to do within walking distance, which made things very easy to go back when just one kid got tired. We also really appreciated the list of local recommendations. We made good use of it and tried some amazing food that we wouldn’t have found otherwise.
