Cecile was a fantastic host. She quickly responded via email to any request I had. Getting in to the apartment was easy as her assistant Eva was there and let me right in. Security (there were a few codes to gates to enter the complex) was easy. The apartment was spotless and recently renovated by the looks. It had everything you want, with 2 pull out couches plus a full size bed if you were traveling with children or another couple. Its a really big size for Paris at 70 sq. meters with 2 full baths and 2 wash machines. The location is great with a food market every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at the Place Monge right out the back entrance to the complex. The metro is right there as well from where you can get anywhere in Paris. Rue Mouffetard is a great street with food, wine and pastry shops as well as restaurants. There is a great little coffe shop at the entrace to the complex and right up the street is a square with many cafe's for "Petit Dejeuner and Cafe Creme" in the morning.

Cecile's place is a wonderful way to experience Rue Mouffetard. It's right in the center of it all, yet far back enough away from the hubbub to be quiet and peaceful given the location. There's also a back entrance to the building off Rue Gracieuse, which makes it easy to hop onto the M7 or M10. Cecile's communication was top notch: informative, responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Her apartment made us feel at home throughout an 8-day stay. Cecile was unavailable for check-in, but sent someone in her place who walked us through everything and was an additional point of contact whenever we had questions or concerns. Rue Mouffetard is vibrant and the street is buzzing every day. While staying here, be sure to head out the back way to enjoy the market at Place Monge & the heart of the Latin Quarter. One note: the WiFi is fine for streaming, but very bad for remote working (Zoom/web/etc). That said, we couldn't have loved this place any more and look forward to returning.

Cecile's place was perfect for our first visit to Paris. The apartment was comfortable and we could relax after long days exploring Paris. The building was very secure and quiet. The neighborhood had many shops, restaurants, and markets. There are a couple of metro lines very close to the apartment, and the Seine is within walking distance. The Batobus runs throughout the day and is a great way to see the city without going on a larger boat tour.

Rue Mouffetard is one of the classic historical passageways in Paris, and although the apt is on it, it is set back with lots of privacy. Views from apt onto the courtyard are pretty, overall feel is great. Was able to easily walk to the seine, Notre dame, and lots of landmarks, parks, and cafes are everywhere. Cecile had a friend meet me upon arrival and show me everything about the place. Setup of apartment is great. The two large rooms feel very separate, so the place is easy to share with a friend or family. Overall very happy with my choice.

Cecile’s place was in a great location. The metro stop was easy to get to by cutting through the back courtyard. The nearby streets are beautiful with many stores: pharmacy, a quick mart and lots of restaurants and cafes. There is an open air market three days a week that is amazing. There is a lot of space and we loved having two bathrooms. Everything was very clean. We didn’t cook any meals but the kitchen had plenty of items for food preparation. There were plenty of plates, coffee cups, glasses etc. Nespresso maker and pods as well as tea and sugar were a great extra. Loved having a washer/dryer and dishwasher. It was very hot while we were there and she provided two fans which did help a bit. Cecile met us there the first day to show us around. We hope we can stay here again in the future.
