The house was clean and comfortable. There were lots of extra towels and linens, including blankets, which was great. There were lots of amenities and extras, and the house is a great value. Of course there are a ton of things to do in both winter and summer in this area, but we went to ski at Powderhorn. It was a perfect location and an inexpensive option for getting to Powderhorn ski resort each day. It took about 10-12 minutes to get there, and the roads were well maintained. Though there are a few restaurant options in Mesa, we were able to do all our meals at home, which we prefered for our young kids, so they could get to bed early. Elizabeth was a responsive host and proactive in communication.

This property was only a quick 10-15 minutes away from Powderhorn where we went skiing. Super cute house, very clean. It had all the amenities we needed to take showers, cook breakfast, wash clothes, and just live life for 3 nights. Across the street was the Wagon Wheel Restaurant where we ate every night and the staff were super friendly. Down the street is a little market where we purchased fresh groceries. It felt like home away from home. The view to the mountains close by was amazing. The host, Elizabeth, checked up on us to see if we needed anything and is the kind of host that if something goes wrong she makes it right, which is something you won’t always see. I look forward to the next stay!

This quaint little home was the perfect location from the Powderhorn ski resort. The host was prompt and friendly directly after booking the stay. The process was seamless. The home was clean and exactly what is shown on the site. It's walking distance from the Wagon Wheel Restaurant where the local fair was hot, fresh, abundant and service was friendly! We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Elizabeth's place was cozy and comfortable for the two of us. We were aware that this location is very rural, so we were sure to fill up our gas tank and bring all needed groceries with us. There is a small local market, but they don't have much. Alternatively, the Wagon Wheel restaurant is right across the street and has a full menu - but if you have food allergies or sensitivities, I suggest you bring your own food items. This is a pet friendly location, and I have allergies with dogs and cats - but I had no issue here. The place was well cleaned before our arrival. As far as the size of the place, it is perfect for two people. We didn't use the upstairs beds because the ceiling is low when going upstairs and it is easy to hit your head. On the ground level, there is a small bedroom with a full size bed and very comfortable mattress. Queen sized bed is upstairs if a larger bed is preferred. We do plan to come back! Thank you!
