Wonderful condo within walking distance to the slopes. A great value and I'll likely be back next year.

This condo was a pleasant surprise beyond our expectations. Very comfortable and well-equipped with a wonderful balcony off the bedroom and another off the living room. The unexpected bonus was the cast-iron insert wood-burning fireplace in the living room with condo association-provided firewood and firestarter. It is, indeed, easy walking distance to the slopes as close or closer than the parking lot. The hot tub is located right outside the condo front door, great if you're using it, but a bit noisy if not when used by others, but they weren't there too long or late. We also didn't expect live TV, which was nice, and a DVD and VHF player we didn't' use, but noticed the reception had lots to offer for both, including games. We recommend this condo to others and will definitely return our next visit to Powderhorn to ski.

A truly outstanding place to stay. Our family had a wonderful time at this resort. It is close to ski lifts and ski rentals. It has all the basic amenities that you would need. I would definitely recommend this resort and will definitely try to return.

Just a 50 yard walk to the lift. Awesome. Note that except for Friday and Saturday nights, the nearest place to eat is 10 miles away. However, there is a full kitchen so we brought our own food and ate in. Great place if you want to be close to the slopes at a laid back resort. I can't speak for weekends, but on a weekday there were absolutely no lift lines
