We had an excellent stay and would definitely stay there again! The home is VERY CLEAN, had everything we needed, was modern yet cozy, safe and quiet residential street, and within walking distance of a fabulous bakery, good restaurants, the local park and Opera House in downtown Fredonia. Loved it!

Perfect for our short stay! And the beds were super comfortable. The place was full of windows and real house plants. The eclipse cookies were the best welcome. Easy to get to, quiet and friendly neighborhood. And excellent breakfast/coffee recommendations from our hosts. If you are visiting Fredonia, this is the place to stay.

I'm not going to go into too much detail, but Dakota and Steph saved me after a freak accident occurred. If they hadn't acted quickly and gotten my attention things could have been real bad for me. I’m glad they were my hosts and they deserve 6 stars on this rating.

My husband and I, along with another couple, stayed at Dakota and Steph’s beautiful apartment for 2 nights for a wedding. This place was perfect! The bedrooms were huge and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had the cutest appliances :) We were able to walk to the Main Street for restaurants and even stumbled across a farmers market. Dakota and Steph were extremely responsive, helpful and kind. We would definitely recommend them and their apartment!!!
