Britnie’s listing was ALL that she described and MORE!! We needed to prepare food for a reception and she had a kitchen with LOTS of counter space and it was nicely stocked! The towels and sheets were clean and fluffy and smelled nice! She has done some great remodeling and provided a comfortable space to rest after a busy space. We would HIGHLY recommend choosing Britnie’s place for your next stay in Fredonia. She is definitely a SUPER host!!

We had a shirt one night stay and loved the convenience to town. Beds are very comfortable. plenty of amenities.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Pictures accurately reflected accommodations. Great location for attending events at the college. House stocked with everything plus extra niceties.
