Kay is a great host! her place is very nicely furnished, including all new appliances. Kay is very accomidating and very has great communication skills.

Kay's place is perfect for the business traveler or just want a good central, safe location to relax and unwind, everything is there for your convenience from the kitchen items to the bedroom essentials. This property will not make you miss anything when your there. I will be staying here again when i come back. Kay is friendly and attentive to your questions and is there anytime you needed her. great experience.

Very modern, up to date and safe. I visit Kingston several times a year for business and this is absolutely my new go to place to stay in Kingston! Kay is a great host, very friendly and responsive interaction.
