As I am traveling by myself the apartment felt safe and secure. It was very light and open, with a generous courtyard. Well equipped kitchen and two great bathrooms, one on each floor. The location was fantastic for walking down to the harbour, shops, restaurants and many museums and galleries. But still quite at night for sleeping.

I loved the space. The very high ceilings and backyard area gave me peace of mind especially since my puppy had a great time being outside smelling nature. When I first arrived the coffee machine wasn't working and so I mentioned this of course. The very next day the owner had a new one delivered to me. There are other acts of kindness that the host representative "Kelly" did for me. I spent an entire month here and it was Excellent.

The location is great as it's just steps away from La Rambla. There are many parking garages close to the apartment, which is convenient if you come by car. There are also some second-hand (Humana on career de l'Hospital), vintage stores, and flea markets every other weekend during summer, where you may find great bargains. Everything in the apartment functions well: the heater is very strong. Hot water never runs out. One of the drawbacks is the constant urine smell, as the neighborhood is full of homeless people who pee everywhere. Considering living with such miseries, I feel the rental amount is set too high.

Location is very good. However one of the toilet seats were broken and did not get fixed in the 2 months we were there for. There is no oven and kitchen is quite small.
