AMAZING - WOW - absolutely the best place to end our Italian tour! Not only is the villa spacious and all the charm but the French doors taking you to the patio with the most beautiful view — 1000 stars! View aside, Giulia and Giuseppe made us feel so at home! Showing us around the villa - answering any questions we had — great recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores. And to make our travels seamless (I was traveling with my 70yr old parents), Giuseppe personally picked us up (and dropped off at the end of our stay) from the airport for a fraction of the price (taxis range $100/150). True hospitality! I can’t speak highly enough and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful views. Nice location but definitely need a car. House spacious and clean but only one shower. The second bathroom has only a toilet and a sink. Host very responsive and helpful. Drove 200 miles to deliver the laptop that I had left in his place

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in Santa Flavia. Die traumhafte Lage der Unterkunft und die grosse, gut eingerichtete Wohnung trugen viel dazu bei. Wir können diese Unterkunft in der liebevollen Umgebung nur empfehlen!

This house is a real piece of jewellery. We immediately felt at our ease and the view from the terrasse is breathtaking. It was a real pleasure to admire it every morning. There is more than enough space for a big family as well as everything you need to feel like home (fully equipped kitchen, laundry corner etc.). The big advantage is the direct access to a quite and beautiful beach (<2 mins by walk). During our stay, we had few minor problems (change of bed linen, shower problems etc.) which were immediately solved. After the checkout, we realised that we forgot something. The host is really nice to send it to us by post. Thank you again for everything!!
