Fantastic stay! The view is just stunning, and even though we had some cloudy days (beginning of April absolutely normal) it was cozy and comfortable. We went there for Workation - internet connection was super. Super fast communication with the host, and solutions when we needed them. The area is amazing, the restaurants nearby super good. Saved it as one of my favourite spots and will definitely return.

La casa es mucho mas linda que en las fotos, la vista al mar es espectacular !!! la casa tiene 3 cuartos con camas muy cómodas y sabanas super limpias. Los dos baños son completos y super espaciosos. A 100 mt hay una playa de piedritas con un agua transparente, increíble !! La ubicación de la casa es buena, a 20' d Palermo, 1 hora de Cefalu, 2 horas de Agrigento y 2 Horas de San Vito lo capo. La zona es tranquila, hay un restaurante muy bueno a 20 metros. Super recomendable !

Fantastisk utsikt, fräscht och fint boende som låg lite avsides och ifred. Själva byn Santa Elia var kanske inte jättespännande men allt man behövde fanns på gångavstånd. Huset bestod av tre lägenheter, men man hade ändå sina egna utrymmen där man var ifred. Extra plus till värdinnan Roberta som var extremt hjälpsam och svarade på alla sms morgon som kväll!

We had a fabulous time in Sicily there is a local beach with warm waters and a good pizza restaurant next door, but otherwise there isn’t much to do in this town and minimal restaurants. We had great difficulty finding the place because the location wasn’t accurate on Airbnb. There are multiple security gates to get into the compound but once in it is safe yet communal, the pool is shared with multiple other apartments and the grass area & alfresco areas are also open without privacy. For us the showers were mouldy and if you left any food on the kitchen bench, the ants would find it within 5mins. The aircon worked well and the beds were very comfortable. There were fly screens on the sliding doors & windows. The host was very responsive and supplied lots of information and tourist opportunities. The weather was splendid and all the local people were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time!

This villa in Sant Flavia is absolutely stunning! Perfect size, the view is incredible!! Roberta was AWESOME. She gave us recommendations, made reservations and even was our taxi driver one day! The place is great. Super close to the beach. The only thing is, you really need to rent a car. We didn’t and managed to see everything but taxis add up quick in smaller towns and aren’t as easy to come by. Other than that, Sabra Flavia and this villa will most definitely see me again!
