To start James was absolutely brilliant, communication was great and was lucky to briefly meet him, very nice and approachable, such a nice friendly person. The apartment was spotless, clean and as described, amazing views and a great location, 2 minutes to the beach, brilliant. A warm and welcoming bar/pub below with great staff, very friendly and helpful to us none locals, great tips for places to visit etc. The food was amazing, the 2Yoo website food, delivered direct to the room was amazing, such great food, can highly recommend trying the pizzas. The location is ideal, minutes from a beach, minutes from amazing walks, minutes from a local golf course and minutes from the town centre, all walk-able. We will be back, 100% - Thank you James and all that mad our experience a great one. We travelled over 300 miles to visit here, well worth it.

We loved our Christmas at James’ place. Location for surfing and access to the beach was ideal. The Chicken and Rum restaurant downstairs was a delicious bonus. Clean, functional and comfortable apartment with lovely finishing touches. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our staying. The place was spacious and very well maintained, and the location is great, just a short walk from the beach. James was responsive and friendly.

Excellent location close to the beach, everything you might need is within walking distance! Very clean with fantastic facilities, great for dog owners and surfers
