Overall, our stay was good however it was tampered by the upstairs neighbours stomping, parking demands, and uncomfortable beds. Our suite guide was missing so we didn't know how to use some things and had to search for the laundry. We were able to figure it out and Morgan helped where needed. The upstairs neighbours requested the entire back of the parking area for him to park his truck - but I was also parking a truck and couldn't be right up tight to the vans. I agreed to park as they requested but then he'd later park where I was asked to park - by them - impossible to please. One night we were having a normal-quiet volumed discussion in the living room at 10:00 and the upstairs neighbours rudely stomped through the floor. Early mornings also accompanied loud stomping. Separately, the springs on the bed seemed worn and all three of us had body aches by the end of the trip. 2 of us are in our 20s and shouldn't be waking to pain. Again, Mogan was great but the neighbours were not...

Bon emplacement, propre et bien décoré, nous pouvions amener Fido. Morgan est très rapide pour la communication. Quartier est tranquille et quelques bons restaurants take-out autour. Les petits moins. Le bruit des locataires du dessus est présent. Un vrai frigo et une table à dîner serait pratique pour ceux qui veulent manger à la maison.

The succulent suite is very cute, clean, and full of everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a nice big shower, with shampoo, conditioner, even a hair dryer and lots of fresh towels! The kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake, and a bar fridge to keep your groceries fresh. The succulent suite is located at the front door of the complex so when you are in the living room there is a lot of foot traffic outside the door of people coming and going which was busy depending on the day. I also had some difficulty sleeping some nights due to guests from the room above me. I didn’t find much within walking distance of the air bnb for entertainment, but is about a 15/20 minute drive to downtown Halifax. Morgan’s response time to inquiries was within give or take 24 hours. Overall: cute, clean, and well stocked for a comfortable stay.
