Great spot to go for a ski trip. Unfortunately no restaurants I found super close by so a car is definitely needed.

Place was clean, comfy, functional and private. It accommodated our kids well, they were able to play in the back yard in a light snow without bothering anyone or concerns of the main road. We would definitely stay here again. Travis was a great communicator and made check in/check out very easy. A few things that were worn out but easy fixes. I loved that there was enough living room and kitchen space for everyone to gather in one area when it was time to eat or relax w the TV on the couch after a long day of snowboarding. We werent very far from dt SLC or Brighton, so close to so many things to do. Overall stay was great.

Pros: good size, well-stocked kitchen, generous parking. Cons: older, tired LR/KT furniture (time to replace); several of the blankets/linens were stained (also time to replace) During our stay: street construction which we were not told of until checkin; washer was broken and unusable; fiber wifi did not work (host gave us the password for neighbors wifi)

The title of the listing indicated the rental was for the entire home but it was actually just the bsmt apt. There was pet hair all over including in at least 1 of the beds as though the prior renter might have had pets with them & the cleaners didn't strip the beds to make sure they got cleaned. The owner was very kind & very responsive to communications so hopefully this was just a one off mistake for them as others have left better reviews. The place did meet our needs in terms of space. There was another issue but it was something that the owner noticed the morning we were going to check in & notified us ASAP so we were immediately aware. That had to do with an AC unit that apparently broke. But there was nothing they could reasonably do last minute like that & there were other AC units in the apt so we still had cooling just not in every room. Overall, it was adequate but definitely could be better.
