We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Sunset Grace. It met my families needs in every way possible. The home is comfortable, cozy, and clean. The bedrooms had ample storage and extremely comfortable beds. I needed to accommodate four couples and it was perfect. We didn’t want for anything when working in the kitchen. There were even spices and oils for cooking! The beach closet provided plenty of chairs for our crew to take to the beach and the decks and balconies were perfect to relax on after our beach time. The location is quiet and peaceful with a very short walk to the beach. Bird Island is right there and we spent lots of time walking on the beach. Janet was easy to reach, but we fortunately didn’t need anything once we were checked in. Communication prior to and after the trip was clear concise and friendly. I’d happily work with Janet and Mark again. I didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to plan my next trip!

We had a great week as a family of 6. The house felt big enough and we loved being able to walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was outstanding. Great location, great size, and had everything we could possibly want for comfort and relaxing. We all kept saying to each other, "wow, that was thoughtful," every time we'd find something in the house that we didn't think to bring. Very well decorated. Very comfortable. The house comes with everything you'd need for a quick beach trip, and saves the time and space of packing all of your own stuff like beach chairs. We've stayed at 2 locations that Janet & Mark manage, and the experience was awesome at both. We will book again!

This was a great house with welcoming owners! It is very well kept and clean. They literally thought of everything we might need during our stay - from boxes of tissues to cooking spices and everything in between. We had a great week!

Beautifully decorated, really comfortable beds. Easy walk to the most fantastic beach in North Carolina. Beautiful sunsets.
