My stay at Andreas’s place was exceptional. Both Andreas and Danielle (the concierge) were in communication before and during my stay. I arrived very late at night, so I had arranged for self check in. Danielle sent me step by step instructions with pictures for how to access the apartment. She made the whole process quite easy. What stands out most about my stay is the beauty of the apartment. It has gorgeous furnishings, art, and finishes. You can tell they took great care in designing this space. Additionally, the kitchen was well stocked with all the basic necessities. It was so nice to have coffee, tea, and seasonings available, along with a plentiful supply of glassware, dishes, kitchen tools, and appliances. Having both a washer and a dishwasher was a nice addition.

My adult son and I had a fabulous time in Hout bay. We loved how close the restaurants, shops and beach were to the apartment and drove Chapman’s peak a few times to watch the sunset. Andrea’s place was perfect, gorgeous and very clean. I’d absolutely stay there again and would highly recommended it to friends and family.

The place was truly amazing. The view was fantastic. Felt very secure. And Danielle was answering any question that I might have. She actually recommended a fantastic place for dinner that we ate at twice while we were there loved every minute of it.

We loved this stay! The apartment is beautiful and secure, and the beds were lux and comfortable. The upstairs view, both day and night, is stunning. The location is within easy walking distance to grocery, coffee, bakery and beach, all of which we walked to daily:) It is also centrally located to everything you want to do on the Cape - Chapman's Peak, Cape of Good Hope, Boulder Beach (penguins), Constantia, several surfing or hiking locations and of course, Cape Town itself. We can't say enough of how we enjoyed this stay.
