Frederico is a great host (and has a terrific restaurant about 15 minutes from the home). The pool is brilliant and ideal for the warm summer and sunsets from the top floor are beautiful. The house is rustic and could be improved with some simple touches.

Eine sehr schöne Villa in der Toskana. Man hat viel Privatsphäre, da man quasi keine Nachbarn hat. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Sehr schön war auch, dass man Empfehlungen für die Umgebung oder für die Städte, die man grade besucht, bekommt. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

The Villa and the surroundings are even nicer than on the pictures, the driveway leading to the house is like in a movie. A huge plus point for us was also that we didn’t have any neighbors and nobody we could disturb, the house next to the Villa is not inhabited. Unfortunately we had two days with very stormy weather and the higher part of the Villa is not leakproof, at least with storms. But we got new towels and the owner took care of the pool, which had too much water. They also assured us that water didn’t come in for the last years, so maybe we just had bad luck. Communication with the owner was a bit hard because he only speaks Italian, but with help from Translater, hands and feets, it worked out. The communication with the owners son Federico was really good, he did his best to help us if we had any kind of problems, for example was the road blocked due to the storm but with some help from the neighbors they cleared it really fast. The Pool is also a Highlight, it is quite big and also has a deep part with ~2,4m at the deepest spot - perfect for jumping etc. Also, if you visit you have to try Federico’s restaurant, I’m not exaggerating if I say it was one of the best restaurant I visited in my whole life. In conclusion, gorgeous villa and surroundings, Federico is a very nice guy, but communication with the owner was hard sometimes.

Wünderschöne und ruhige Location. Sehr zuvorkommender Host. Unsere 12 Tage waren so schön, dass wir das Areal für die kompletten Tage nur verlassen haben um Einkäufe zu tätigen :)
