1/ Two families with 4 kids with age 10-14. 8 people in total. The house has beds for 10 people and small bed for little babies. 2/ Overall it is clear 5/5 rating in all aspects. 3/ The house, swimming pool and garden are in reality like presented on the pictures or better. - The house is super quiet, clean, etc., - The garden is magnificent, very large, well kept, with great night lighting, - The swimming pool is about 14 meters long (ball park) and is super clean (the owner cleans it regularly at 6am throughout our stay). 4/ The location is great - This is the heart of Tuscany. You are close to many small towns, Siena, Florence, Montepulciano, Il Borro (property and winery of Mr Ferragamo), and close to highway. The gas station is like 300 meters from the house and nearest convince store is like 3 kilometers away, etc. 5/ The owner (Mr Stefano) is great host. Super nice, professional, helpful, accessible, flexible, super worry-free-person. And truly Italian. Highly recommended!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het huis is prachtig. Veel ruimte, zowel binnen als buiten. Bij vragen of problemen werd meteen gereageerd en naar een oplossing gezocht. De Toscaanse kok heeft ons een heerlijk avondje bezorgd. Het was super. Dank je wel!

Wir haben uns bei Stefano sofort wohl gefühlt! Er und seine Tochter waren für uns jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben!! Wir haben 2x mit Stefanos Tochter Yoga in unserem Garten gemacht, absolut zu empfehlen, Ginevra hat tolle Stunden gegeben und ist unglaublich sympathisch! Wir haben auch ein Essen mit einem Koch bei uns in der Unterkunft gebucht und uns bekochen lassen! Alles in allem waren wir rundem zufrieden und können die tolle, weitläufige Anlage absolut empfehlen!!!!

We had a wonderful time at Stefanos villa. The pool was nice and there was lot of seating areas both in the garden and inside the house. Stefano and his daughter was very welcoming and serviceminded.

Stefano's place is beautiful. The house and gardens are huge! Upstairs, there's a master bedroom with shower room and private balcony with incredible views. The ground floor has a king bedroom, a twin room and bedroom with bunk beds, a shower room, a bathroom, a 'nook' seating area, sofa, two inside dining tables and a large kitchen. Outside has 2 large dining areas, a bar area and multiple different seating areas dotted around the grounds. We loved that some outside seating was covered so we could still be outside during the sunnier times of the day. There are multiple sun loungers by the pool and the patio for the sun lovers! The basement has another bedroom and shower room, a gym, pool table and table football. There was so much to do, nobody got bored! Stefano was a fantastic host, helping us with all our questions and organising a chef to come one evening to cook for us one evening :) We loved our stay at Stefano's. We'll definitely be back!
