Das Haus von Marina ist schöner wie auf den Bildern. Hohe Decken, genügend Badezimmer und eine gute Ausstattung. Marina war immer gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Sie hat uns alles super erklärt und gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir haben als große Familie einen tollen Sommerurlaub gehabt und die Unterkunft genutzt um gemeinsamen zu kochen und Zeit zu verbringen. Florenz und Siena ist je eine Stunde entfernt und immer einen Ausflug wert.

Ich durfte meinen 55 Geburtstag mit meiner Familie hier verbringen und es war eine traumhaft schöne Woche. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und haben die gute Energie im Haus genossen. Das Haus ist gepflegt, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Räume sind gross und sämtliche Fenster sind mit Insektengittern versehen. Dank den dicken Mauern blieb das Haus auch trotz der Augustsonne angenehm frisch. Der grosszügige Aussenbereich ist gepflegt, ruhig und hat Bäume die Schatten spenden. Morgens konnten wir unter der grossen Eiche vor dem Haus Yoga praktizieren. Unter der mit Glyzinen überwachsenen Pergola jeweils unsere Mahlzeiten einnehmen & den Rest des Tages mit Lesen unter den Bäumen, Tischtennis spielen oder Baden im grossen und sauberen Pool geniessen. Es war ein Traum! In wunderschöner Natur eingebettet, Mückenspray empfohlen. Marina ist sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit, antwortet schnell und gibt super Tips. Danke Marina

We had a wonderful stay with two families of 4. The house is spacious enough for 8-10 people, both the common areas (living room, kitchen) and the bedrooms. The house was impeccably clean and nicely designed, feels like home. The kitchen is very well equipped (quality cooking stove, two fridges, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine, filter coffee AND Italian expresso-maker, whatever you prefer), with a large dining table as well as a possibility to eat at the terrace right in front of the kitchen. The house in general is well equipped (washing machine, cleaning products, good wifi, gaz-grill, ping-pong table). The pool is cleaned every day, undeep on one end (gradual entrance by steps), deep on the other end, allowing kids to jump; a garden shower next to the pool; comfortable garden furniture. The communication with the owner has been rapid and very friendly, any issue can be solved quickly, also thanks to a caretaker who lives nearby. The grounds are well maintained, large space to play games and with enough shade to shelter from heat. The location is very good, very quiet, without any neighbours and with nice views. A number of excellent restaurants nearby (follow the recommendations of the owner, it’s worth it). Definitely recommend this house for holiday rental.

The Salceta country house was a perfect place for my family! We loved the beautiful pool so much and spent many hours in it each day. Marina was very responsive and helpful and accommodating!! She answered all of our questions (very quickly) and helped us identify great local restaurants and she even made a number of reservations for us! She was available for anything we needed. The house is big and comfortable and there are lovely spaces to eat indoors or outside under a lovely terrace. Someone came in the mornings to take care of the property and to clean the pool, so it was always pristine. A cleaning lady was available too should you wish. The roads to get around near the house are kind of winding and hilly so you should have a good car and someone who is comfortable driving on small, winding roads. I’m from a big city and had no trouble at all. The area is perfect for day trips to Florence, Arezzo, Siena, and many many incredible small towns!! We can’t wait to return sometime soon!!

A fantastic place to unwind with friends. The house is spacious and tastefully decorated and the outside space is amazing - even better than the pictures!
